Maria Blandon-Mayorga RDN, LD/N
Maria Mayorga is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. This is issued by the Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR); a criterion to become credentialed which includes the completion of academics, supervised practice, and examination requirements. She is a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with the State of Florida Department of Health. Maria graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition in 2006. Her expertise over the past 15 years+ includes community nutrition, clinical care, and long-term care. She has helped vast amount of patients with their family nutrition needs, diabetes management, obesity, and healthy aging.
Maria’s passion for nutrition started at an early age as a caretaker to her mother who has dealt with a chronic condition. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with others in order to make healthy eating a habit. She has a compassionate and gentle approach with her patients, understanding their diet struggles and overcoming any food fears. She focuses on guiding patients on how to work on their nutrition related goals step by step and how to keep consistent yet manageable goals in place.
Maria aims to take the confusion out of “diet culture” and educates patients on science-based nutrition. She focuses on helping patients build a healthy relationship with food. It is essential to have a foundation of what balanced meals should look like to achieve wellness. As a mother to three girls, she keeps a family mentality with each patient and encourages them to share their healthy eating journey with their family to reduce overall risk of disease.
Maria’s favorite food is tacos and salads. She was born in Nicaragua and understands that honoring your cultural food is essential and part of healthy eating. Her motto is “Find the JOY in eating foods and keeping a grateful mindset. Remember small steps add up over time and consistency and balance is the key.”

Maria Eugenia Riccombeni RDN, LD/N
Maria Eugenia is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, licensed by the state of Florida, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University since 2013. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Eugenia is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As a wife and a mother, she enjoys caring for her family by cooking balanced meals and promoting healthy eating awareness.
During her internship, she worked in Miami’s most prestigious hospitals including: Baptist Hospital and Miami Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Throughout her clinical and work practice, Eugenia found her passion in helping people with a variety of illnesses learn how to manage their disease symptoms with nutrition and using the right foods to improve their quality of life. Eugenia has always had a passion for eating healthy and incorporating a healthy lifestyle. She understands how the development of chronic disease is significantly caused by poor nutrition and obesity.
After providing nutritional counseling for a number of years working with patients and different health concerns, Eugenia’s joy is found in teaching her patients a DIET-FREE approach to losing weight and meeting their nutritional goals. She guides her patients by teaching them how to balance meals, the importance of portion control, and how to become mindful eaters which aids with long term success. Her areas of expertise include digestive disease including FODMAP diet, weight management and bariatric surgery, pediatrics, food allergies and diabetes. As an avid public speaker, Eugenia worked with the Healthy Weight Alliance to spread the message on the necessity to improve menu selections at Miami restaurants. She went on to assist restaurants and clinical facilities in adapting their menus to include healthier options by simply modifying recipes while ensuring great taste.
